HP Compaq 6005 Pro SFF PC - damaged RAM

In computer

Motherboard: Hewlett-Packard HP Compaq 6005 Pro SFF PC
Motherboard chipset: AMD 785G, AMD K10
Processor: AMD Phenom(tm) II X2 B55 Processor
Integrated graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 4200 (368 MB)
Integrated Sound Card: Realtek ALC662 @ ATI SB750 - High Definition Audio Controller
RAM: 3 GB (pre-failure 4 GB)
Hard drive: ST3500418AS HDD
DVD drive: HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS40
Power supply: PS-4241-9HA 240 Watt

I replaced the disk with this ST3500418AS 500 GB HDD disk drive found from some broken computer found in the dumpster. Because the original 250 GB HDD disk disk broke down, now I don't have any system installed.
I know that an SSD drive would be better or it would be best to replace the entire computer and use an NVME drive or some other modern one, but I'm poor and I don't have any money.

At the beginning, the computer did not want to start and at the beginning I checked whether all the cables from the disk and the power supply were connected and I removed the batteries from the motherboard for a minute to reset the BIOS settings and the computer still did not start and did not make any squeaking sounds. Then I took out all the RAM sticks and inserted them one by one, and when I inserted the third memory board, the computer wouldn't start, then I knew it was the RAM's fault. I wanted to smooth out this tiny rectangle on the RAM with my fingernail, but it fell off. The one I marked with a red circle.

Is it possible to set the RAM so that it works without this small black square?

I would like to install 32-bit Windows SP Professional SP3 PL and 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 PL and 64-bit Windows 10 Pro 22H2 PL but I don't know if 3 GB RAM is enough for 64-bit Windows. That's why I would like to have three systems installed - there are games that only work on Windows XP and Windows 7 supports Securom and Safedisc disc security formats for old games, just like Windows XP.
I want to install Windows 10 so that I can sometimes browse the Internet, but for this I need the latest browsers. Web browsers are no longer supported on Windows 7, so not all websites will open in older web browsers.

If I install several systems, what partition size should I set for each of them and should I install them from the oldest Windows to the newest?
Is it better to have the bootloader menu for selecting the system startup based on Windows XP, Windows 7 or Windows 10, or is it better to install it from EasyBCD 2.4.0.237 or another program?
If I only use Windows, is there no point in installing a Linux launch menu?
Does the third-party launch menu require an entire separate partition to install it or will it just be saved in the MBR sector and as some file on the first partition C:?

I found a GF9400GT 1024M DDR2 128B CRT DVI HDMI graphics card thrown away in the dumbster so would this PS-4241-9HA 240 Watt power supply have enough power for this graphics card if it was installed in this computer?

Is it possible to flash DirectX 11 support on this GF9400GT graphic card?

No you cannot shave off pieces of the memory and expect it to work. A 9400GT wont be any faster than the radeon HD onboard graphics. You could put 8gb of memory in it for dirt cheap, any DDR3 Dimms will work. As for GPU, find a used GT 1030 GDDR5 low profile card, it will work in this system as it only draws 30w and the 240w psu is proprietary.

Use the stock windows boot loader for handling multiple operating systems.

Finally, put an SSD in this thing, you will thank me later, windows 10 on an hdd is miserable. Just unplug the dvd drive and use its cables for the ssd, so you can have both a hard drive and SSD, no need to mount it, just shove the ssd in the floppy bay.

Set the idle fan speed in the bios to a higher speed than minimum, hit f10 during setup, go to the power tab, and set the idle fan speed to a higher value, it will make it louder, but these are prone to overheating at the stock speeds.

Lastly if you are comfortable swapping the cpu (please watch a tutorial for your system specifically) , put a quad core in like this phenom X4

, you will need some thermal paste.
