5600 vs 7600 vs 13400

Budget (including currency): I don't have a budget necessarily, I can afford anything, I just don't want to spend more than I need for what I want.

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: LoL, Hitman 3, FFVII remake, VST stuff/music etc.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I have a 144,1440p monitor and I'm fine with 60fps in more demanding games, but I expect 144 in things like League.

I'm trying to figure out if it's worth nearly double the money for a 7600 with DDR5 over a 5600 with DDR4. Different combinations would also allow me to buy a 4060 vs 4070 etc I'm looking at:

My understanding is the 7600 and 13400 are pretty similar, I'm only considering it because Tomshardware recommends it over the 6700 and I'm always happy to save some money.

The fact that it's half the price for 5600 means I could put that 300 towards a 4070 instead of a 4060 etc. How much worse is it? I don't see myself upgrading for 5+ years easily, as I currently have a 4th gen i5 and I'm making do. If for example, I'm looking at 100fps vs 110fps, I'm not sure if it's worth spending double the money, though if it's a large increase I could see the justification.
