Getting a 4090 TUC OC in a few days, undervolt or powerlimit?

Upgrading from a 7900XTX, used to have a 3080Ti before that, going for a 4090 for less issues with gpu going forward. (VRCHAT doesnt like AMD, render issues, spesific driver issues, for context<)

What's the best way to undervolt or generally get less consumption of power but still retain most of the performance without to much being lost?

Seems to be voltage limited, average games doesnt seem to get beyond the 450w mark..

But the rail says its drawn 567w max for 27milliseconds.. So might be worried it can pull more 🤣

Seems to be good so far not touching anything, still interested in getting the power draw a bit lower for 2-3% performance loss but save 50-100w of wattage.
