I get this message IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL what does this mean? This shows up and I get bluescreened randomly even on simple tasks.

CPU needs more voltage or unstable RAM.

Either this, or Microsoft may help you. Here is an article in the knowledge base about that error. It was published for WinXP but also applies for 7,8,8.1

This is pretty recent, sure it's not software related? I have a 750W PSU

Try doing a CMOS reset?

Could try 'Windows Memory Diagnostic' first, it should be on all copies of windows since XP.

Says no problems.

It's done that quick? Hmmm definitely try memtest86 then, if that finds no problems update drivers for your components and see if the BSOD persists.

have an SSD, so that probably made it faster.
