What is the apple macbook air M1 Max wattage?

What is the max wattage of the MacBook Air m1 Would it work with a 100 wattage usb c charger or will it charge at a lower wattage?

Sure. It came with a 30w charger in the box. With USB-PD it truly doesn't matter if the wattage of the adapter is higher than the device will take - the device will pull exactly how much it wants.

The MacBook will negotiate how much power it needs with the power brick, assuming the brick is USB power delivery compliant.

There were many reports when the M1 first launched of people saying using none-standard cables/chargers killed theirs.

Was it ever confirmed Apple fixed this problem?

I am using a non standard charger I have bought off eBay and had no problem with the MacBook Air m1.

I've been too nervous given the place I bought my Macbook Pro from didn't let me order Apple Care and by the time I found out how to order it afterwards, their stupid 90 day limit expired.

If you really want APP, an Apple Store can apply it within the first year after a genius has a look at it

Would have been nice of them to tell me on the device itself when it said "nope", its too late now.
