I have a system using those.

Look in my signature for specs.

I did not buy for price so it certainly could be done cheaper.

The CPU cooler could be a decent tower instead of an AIO, and of course you wouldn't need the riser.

Trident Z is pretty good memory for 5000 series, you might want to get 2x16GB though.

A B550 board for one to two hundred $ would be fine.

My system can pull about 500W at the UPS, including monitors.

A 650W PSU would probably do.

Budget (including currency): $500

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Overwatch, Rust, CS, Helldivers, LOL, Minecraft, Elden Ring. Pretty much any random games my friends and I find to play. I enjoy playing competitively. I also do some work with ArcGIS.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3070
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
I've been gaming on PC since ~2017, and the old pre-built just isn't doing it anymore. This will be my first actual build. I am trying to build around the listed parts, and I am not sufficient enough in computer tech to know what is good for the money.
Parts I need:
Case
PSU
CPU Fan
Storage
RAM
Motherboard

Thanks
