90 C is a bit high for gaming. You are using an air cooler so higher temperatures are to be expected. The 13-gen processors from Intel really benefit from a bending correction frame for better control over CPU temperatures. Are you using one now or are you just using the stock loading mechanism?

Sounds reasonable to me 90° for a 13700K under aircooling.

Do you have good airflow in your case ?

You could do some undervolting (With MSI I think I know an easy way).

The contact frame might help some indeed. You could buy at Aliexpress for less than 10 bucks. I did.
