Shift key suddely realeses

Hello people,

I got a laptop (asus vivobook pro 15 oled with Windows 11) and everything was fine for the past 4 months. But al of a sudden the left shift and left crtl keys are terrible, when i'm playing minecraft and hold shift for a while, it suddely releases the shift key while i'm still pressing it. I tried using an external keyboard, but also with that keyboard it kept coming back. Anyone a idea?

I think it is a software issue, but don't know how to troubleshoot it.

Please let me know?

Sounds like you turned sticky keys on. It's a feature in the operating system.

At first it worked. But even if I have option turned off in the sticky keys setting, it keeps coming back and deactivate my shift in game. I have no clue anymore
