Hey guys Not sure how to Explain i just upgraded my Pc 

 

MB -ASUS z97-a w 

CPU -intel i5-4690

Ram - G.SKILL RipjawsZ Series 16GB PC3-12800

GPU - xfx Radeon r9 280x

 

my game is running on an older 300Gig WD Raptor drive 

 

My Os is installed on a samsung 840 evo 120 gig using windows 7 pro 64 bit 

 

all my games run fine but when i play bf4 its randomly stutters and my cpu monitors are showing my cpu been maxed out and im guessing my cpu is lacking ? i though 4 cores could handle this game.. or em i wrong and its something else like my gpu or what? can anyone Help

your cpu should be at 100%

the game itself is not optimized well. assuming your playing multiplayer and not the campaign.

Waste of money using a non K CPU with Z97 but whatever. It's normal for the CPU to be around there. I have a 4570 and nothing happening. If you're still worried I guess you could try RMA it.
