Not that sneaky. The NSA was caught with a box connected in to an AT&T Data center.

Well yeah, but a lot of people seem to have forgotten about it. It wasn't like the NSA told everyone that they had their own room in AT&T datacenters for wire tapping purposes either. They had to be caught and the person who leaked it probably had to flee the country to not face the wrath of the government.
