What psu should i get? for 4080 super

Alek140403

so im thinking of upgrading my gpu from a 3060 ti to a 4080 super so i need to upgrade my psu im looking at ether a Corsair RM1000e V2 (ATX3.0) or ASUS TUF Gaming 1000W Gold PSU both are pcie 5.0 but som people say the tuf psu can make a annoying sound but the tuf has the 12vhpwr connector on the psu but the corsair is using a 2x8 pin to 12vhpwr cable i dont know if there is a difference like is it better to have a 12vhpwr connector on the psu or dos it even matter?

You'll probably be better off getting a higher end 750W PSU, so neither of those. Where are you buying from?

It does not matter. Same as with literally all the other PSU cables. No PSU has SATA connectors on the PSU side of the cables, but people don't complain about that, because it also doesn't matter.

:)
