Overpriced or Good? Need help!

I'm looking at 2 potential servers, but I'm not really familiar with these, would be strictly for hosting games and maybe a backup for my current PC, can I get some help? Thanks

You are aware that these are EXTREMELY FUCKING LOUD RIGHT? As in louder than a very loud vacuum cleaner and easy to hear through a door. Like loud enough to cause hearing damage if in a room with em long enough and no you cannot change the fans they NEED this airflow.

 

As for what to do. Thesr things consume a lot of power.

 

Games want single core performance on a cpu for hosting and these are old cpu's with quite wwak single core.

 

Honestly you're better off with just a regular desktop here and not a server

Ryzen 5600 makes a fantastic cheap server setup, with AM4 pricing.

Yeah I am aware, I have spare rooms and can even put it off-site if needed, regular desktops in my area cost significantly more than a server for some reason?
