Help with rx 580 bios

Hi everyone,im just another victim of a messed up rx 580,I used it for like 10 days and it was working perfectly fine and on low temps, but suddenly all sort of crashes were happening once a slight load was put on the gpu,I've been trying to troubleshoot it for a month now, tried a lot of drivers and nothing worked, and the only solution left was trying different bios's,but i still can't find the right one, some bios's allow me to get to desktop, but evrytime i clean and reinstall different drivers, still the same screen flickering and driver timeouts, any helpp?I really can't afford a new gpu rn

You have a  card made by Asus, which has memory chips made by Samsung ... so go on a site like techpowerup bios database and look what bioses are available for asus rx 580 cards with samsung ram chips

Try to figure out the model (look at pictures to match the cooler and number of connectors )

Starting point for the bios collection : https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/?architecture=&manufacturer=Asus&model=RX+580&interface=&memType=&memSize=&since=

Get the right amount of memory as well (don't use a 8 GB bios if your card has only 4 GB)

The hardware ID may be able to help you, that 1002 0B31 ,  the other one is the hardware ID for AMD (1002 67DF) who makes the gpu chip.

Would point to this RX 570 bios, but this one's for the 4 GB version  : https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/260479/260479

Maybe it's the asian market RX 580 with the same amount of shaders as the RX 570, just slightly different frequencies.

This one's for the 8 GB version : https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/265392/265392

, comment says it's for the asian market RX 580 with 2048 "cores" (like RX 570)

another one for 8 GB with samsung chips:  https://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/260621/260621

same deal, for the asian market rx 580 with fewer "cores" \

may want to try first with the bios that sets lower cpu glocks and memory clicks, and if it's stable try your luck with the one that has higher default frequencies. if it doesn't work, you can revert back to the one that works.

Neither of the 570 Expedition vbios are for Samsung memory. There's one for Elpida memory and one for Hynix.

Can we get better pictures of the memory chips? Some look like Samsung, while 1 specifically looks more like Hynix.

Edit: I'd also like to see the gpu die. There's some signs of a lot of heat going through that board.

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.

The code on the gpu chip (215-091052) belongs to RX 580 2048 SP , or RX 570X as I explained above, and the ram chips are Samsung, so OP must get a bios for the 2048SP version (ideally a bios with the same hardware ID I listed) and support for Samsung memory chips.

Im sure its samsung, cuz it's all over the chips,it doesn't appear well due to yellow thing,I notices also that 470,is it supposed to be an rx 470,cuz i still can't get it to work, evn with ellesmere and dataland bios,it booting into desktop, but whenever i install any driver it crashes completly, and showing artifacts, and also when it was working temps weren't succeeding 65°,evn under heavy load

Maybe the real problem here is the driver,i went backwards with drivers till 22. But same driver timeouts and evry sort of crashing whenever little load is applied
