Does anyone know a good looking app that displays fancy graphics for cpu and gpu temps and such

Gonna have to do better then that. Describe what Fancy means to you. You can use Aida64 and such to make a fancy one, you can use a skin of MSI Afterburner to get maybe the look you want, besides that the more "fancy" you go the more issues you may have or the resources it takes to have it up.
