Need help fixing a Israeli 360 S

My friend has a Xbox 360 s. 4 years ago it broke, and today I decided to come and fix it. We plugged it in, and the box turns yellow as expected. We press the power button and it turns green for 1-2 seconds (this happens to the power box too), and the fan spins, but then the light turns off and so does the fan. If I press the disk holder, it opens ~40 seconds later. Any advice? Thanks. 🙏

are you arabic? because sometimes arabic 360's malfunction, actually more of them than not?
