Can an audiofile explain these values to me so can use them in other mixers/software too?

It's the software called fxsound and love this present, please help me out because this app is only on windows not linux and unifies all output under "fxsound" on windows soi cant really change tracks and stuff either. Many thanks!

That's mostly just a graphic equalizer. 'Clarity' and 'Dynamic Boost' are likely proprietary algorithms and will be hard to figure out exactly what they do. Bass boost is pretty simple, usually just a bump to the lower end frequencies on a graphic equalizer. Clarity I'd reckon boosts some the mid-range. Dynamic Boost is hard to say what exactly that does..could be trying to 'brighten' the mix or add dynamic range using maths.

I'd get https://www.pipewire.org/ installed and mess around with settings in that.

Welp I don't like any kind of EQ so I have no valid input

The reason I don't like EQ is because I have audio ADHD and hyper focus on something and just keep bumping it up and tweaking thing's until the sound is pure garbage.  Though I'll say that it's been many years since I've messed with one and I didn't have the audio equipment I do now, perhaps tweaking the profile will be something I can enjoy in the future.  Still as it stands the only EQ I use is on my Home Theater where it is automated and out of my fidgeting mitt's.

Audio go Brrrrrr

I'm honestly there with you on not using EQ, but it really depends on your setup and preferences. I've never found a good setting that works for various genres, movies, games, etc without having to change presets; but there are definitely times where a little bit of EQ'ing can help improve the sound. I also don't have a studio-level listening room where I need to boost/reduce certain frequencies to keep things accurate. The only thing I'll really use an equalizer for is to boost the 'pre-amp' volume on lower mixed stuff..but otherwise I leave everything flat.
