New Nexus devices concept art

Arndroid

The successors for the Nexus 4, 7 and 10 may are about to be announced at the up coming Google I/O developer conference.

With Google I/O developer conference round the corner and the web humming with news about new Nexus devices, designer Bob Freking shares his (impressive) concept renders and specifications of what he expects from the next generation Nexus line up.

I am for one extremely excited about this, the concept arts are amazing.

The next Nexus devices are about to be priced at a extremely low price we've heard before.

I just can't wait to see what Google shows us at the conference.

Absolutely NONE of this is confirmed, and the 'Nexus 5' is the least likely to be announced of the 3 possible devices. The article explicitly states that the devices you are referring to are concept renders and specifications. A Samsung tablet with an Nvidia chipset? No. I think Google I/O will be centered around software (Babel, Maps, Now, Android 4.3 etc.), Glass, and a slightly improved Nexus 7. Something might happen with Google and Motorola eventually, but not this soon.

I'd eat my own hand if a Nexus 5 or 11 are announced at I/O and proposed to be released soon. Nexus 7 successor is still plausible.

Why would they make the screen size 1 inch bigger on all devices?

They wouldn't (won't).

You'll need a whole bottle of salt for this :D. I think we'll see a Nexus 7 successor at most, and the next version of android, of course, whichever that may be. That said I wish the concept art were true :).

I doubt google will announce a new phone or revise the nexus 10 until Q4, new nexus 7 maybe.

The concepts for the nexus 8 and 5 look awful.

I love my Nexus 7. Look forward to a similar form factor with an even better display.
