Do you think that the Deepcool AG620 will fit a NOX Modus Blue?

Hello.

 

My GTX 1060 got fried the last May and after getting my paychecks from Xmas, as replacing the GTX 1060 with an RTX 3060 or an RTX 4070 will be counterproductive, as my Intel 6700K will bottleneck the latter cards, I've bought these components from below:

But after arriving my cooler and my PSU, i have some concerns related to the available space that I might have once I install the cooler on my NOX Modus Blue (bought in 2017). I've asked to some local specialists and they told me that I would be okay, but once I saw the cooler, i'm scared that it won't fit. Do you think that it will fit to my Modus Blue? Or do I need to buy a new case? Thanks in advance. I don't know if this query will fit on this section.

The NOX Modus Blue has a cooler height limit of 166mm and the Deepcool AG620 is 157mm in height.

Beyond that ^, you have the cooler and case in hand, we don't. I think you're in a better position to determine if it will fit.

It’s within spec by a decent bit. Plenty of room.

But for future reference keep in mind cooler measurements are oversized and case cooler limits are undersized. To make sure people don’t push the actual limits of compatibility, or in case some cpu generation in the future sits 1-2mm higher or something.

Example, a dark rock pro 4 I know fits in a rajintek Métis, with personal experience. Technically it should be 3mm too tall but instead there’s still 2mm of extra space.
