New 65' 4k TV

So I just bought a '65 4k OLED TV for my basement and I want to game on it, outside of the Xbox, which I only have for the NHL hockey games. However there's a problem.

Router is too far so there's no way streaming things will be worthwhile, since no Ethernet.

I was thinking about a dock for my various handhelds, but it's going to run like crap at this resolution. Even the Aya Neo 2S or ROG Ally won't cope.

The main battlestation is to remain in my computer room because I mostly plan to play only controller games in the basement.

I was looking at this machine, probably a nuclear option. I can cannibalize 32gb of additional ram, it's slightly slower at 3000mhz.

What would you do?

I have the money but they offer a no interest payment in three, so this brand is particularly attractive.

I'd spend a few hundred on beefing up my Wifi performance so I can use Moonlight/Parsec game streaming from my main PC. Spending a few thousand on a whole other PC, especially a (likely) poor value prebuilt. certainly does seem like the nuclear option.
