Wanting to upgrade from a 3060 laptop to 40 series

So I have a Lenovo Legion 5 15ACH6H with the following specs:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 75800H

GPU: 3060 6GB 130W

RAM: 16 gb DDR4-3200

 

And I wanted to upgrade to a much better laptop, and I found this one: MSI Pulse 17 4070 for 1500€.

I dont know much about laptop specs, so I wanted to know if this laptop is worth it, and if not, what I should be looking for, or even if an upgrade is worth it at all.

Budget is 1500€. I am in Spain.

It's quite well priced for a 4070 laptop but if you don't need the extra performance then I see no reason to upgrade, unless you want to

Do you know how much fps I can gain? Around 30%? Or where could I find out?

Pulse should be good. As far as I can find on their site, the GPU can take up to 140W, so it's a "full-power" design rather than a neutered 4070 for laptops.

see the tdp of the gpu of the laptop in question and find similar comparisons

It'd probably be similar to an rtx 2080 desktop so you'd gain about 30%
