1000w psu is enough for 4090 asus rog strix OC and 7950x3d cpu?

If yes, please comment with the best psu I can buy, I finished my build and left to buy a good strong PSU

Yes (850W is also fine). What to buy depends on where you live.

I want a long lasting PSU, and I don’t know if 1000w is enough because I saw only the GPU eats 600w when in OC mode

Unless you manually max out the power limit past 100% then it'll max out at 450W, and in most games be even lower than that.

and for that price the beQuiet straight power 12 below (which was in my list) has pcie 5.0, is 80+ platinum (though that won't matter much if at all if your power bills aren't that high) and is 1200w for $170

Don't buy the Loki if you have a mATX or ATX case. The Loki is a SFX-L unit with short cables.
