Intel AX201 wifi issues

Hello I wonder if anybody could help. I usually find the resolution by googling, but this one I seem to be unable to find a solution.

 

I have a Lenovo ThinkBook with AX201 adapter. I use my mobile hotspot for all my internet needs for work. The hotspot works perfectly well with laptop's wifi at home. BUT at work, I am never able to connect via wifi to my phone's hotspot (same phone, same laptop). At work pretty much the hotspot network shows on the laptop network list (windows 11), then wifi tries connecting, and then the network hotspot network disspears. All other PC's/laptops can connect to the phone's hotspot at work no problems, except for this lenovo.

Tried al lthe usual: uninstalling and installing lenovo provided drivers - no luck, tried intel's generic drivers - no luck, played around with wifi settings with whatever advice I could find on internet - no luck.

 

Any advise is much appreciated.

 

OS: Windows 11 Pro with al lthe latest updates, all the driver updates from lenovo etc etc.
