Case fan RGB where to plug and how to plug in GPU?

Hi, I have Cooler Master MWE 750 Gold V2 Full Modular PSU and I am confused. I need to plug in the RGB from Case fans and plug it into sata port. Does it matter which port I choose? Or should I go with the last or first sata port? Also, I will be pluging in a GPU that is connected through 8+6 pin. When I plug the pcie 6+2 pin and 6 pin from second pcie 6+2pin, can the 2 pin just hover around in case? Please answer only if you're 100% sure. Thanks. Here is photo of the SATA cables from PSU.

Does not matter. Which ever works best for cable management.

Yes, the 2 pin is optional for 6pin power
