Phillips CD-I Match Line not working

Hello All!
I inherited this Phillips CD-i Match Line and it doesnt work.
When i trurn it on I do get a screen on the tv and i get a few lines blinking on the small screen.
When i push the eject button, it tries to eject it bit it fails.

Is there someone who know how to fix it or buy it to fix it for a very small fee?
To me its a waste to let such big old tech item go to waste.
