Everything aside from the gpu is unlikely to surpass 120w
According to this video the 5700xt consumes 275w which will be well within the psus capabilities
I assume you are buying used? In which case id reccomend trying to find a 6600xt as that should be basically the same perf but alot less power draw, as long as pricing is similar its a better card
You might aswell oc the 5500 as it should be capable of around 4.5-4.6g allcore at ~1.3v which is much better than whatever pathetic 4ghz allcore it does stock and also ensures the gpu wont be bottlenecked in some more cpu heavy games
Also prefferable to run the rams at ~4600 or however high theyll go as the 5500 has half the cache of the 5600 but a much better imc and is capable of 5000+ in 1:1 so higher ram freq should compensate abit for the lack of cache
