Realtek ALC1150 with Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi MB3

The Windows 11 audio driver that installs during setup does not support Realtek ALC1150 with Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi MB3. There is sound but the enhancements and the Creative software do not work. Is there a recent driver on Windows Update that supports these?

I don't care about X-Fi MB3, but is there a UAD driver that will work in Windows 11?
