Making a new build (white theme)

Captain Fluffy
Go to solution Solved by Why_Me,

Best to start these threads about a week before you plan on purchasing due to the constant changes in inventory, prices and new tech releases. Nvidia is due to release three new gpu's starting next month including the RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB and the RTX 4070 Super 12GB. Both of those cards would be better suited for gaming at 1440 vs the RTX 4070.  If you were building today I think I would run that build something like this down below. A case with better airflow due to the included fans and solid yet less expensive psu, a cpu that runs within 1 - 2 fps of the 7700X yet runs cooler and uses less juice, etc .. in order to fit in a gpu better suited for 1440P. Mind you that you can always add more storage along with RGB fans at a later date.

i like the old PC specs too, when did u get that one?

what do you mean exactly? if you are asking about my old pc, it's just put together over a long time period not a pre-built if you are asking that.

hope that answers your question 🙂

Ask again making a build now is pointless as almost none of the hardware choices will still be recommended by then.

Also you are paying a decent premium for worse parts because they are white especially the gpu. A 7800xt is easily available and much faster but not full white.

Also overkill psu a rm850 is PLENTY

ahhh okay, i'll keep that in mind when making my next post, thanks for explaining it, thought i could let the post go abit and just discus it till we get to a perfect point. but that seems far fetched from the looks of it. i'll mark this as an answer and make a new post later down the line. Thank you for the help
