Ps1 no Video Output

Hello I have a problem with my ps1(SCPH-7502), it turns on,but theres no video or audio output.To me it seems like the av multi out cable isnt going in all the way after taking a closer look & comparing the port with a working ps1 i noticed they looked slightly different.I already asked reddit for help and was told that this is normal I still dont know why it isnt working the Mainboard definitely gets power and the disc is spinning the cable is also fine because it works with other ps1 consoles.(idk if its important or not but the ps1 has a modchip)
