"Banned" when really kicked on discord

Somebody kicked my friend off a discord server and when I tried to add him back it says he's banned from the guild on the invite.

iirc they mods have to ban or discord may ban the server if you say your under 13

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

i verified with the mod that he was only kicked.
