I don't know how ddr5 8000 mhz cl9 ~ cl14 ram feels like compared to cl40-45?

Feels a couple fps faster in a game.

 

Nothing earth shattering, as it's a small part of a whole machine.

impossible. with every newer generation usually the timings are doubled.

If that was possible, probably quite good. CL9-14 is like DDR3 era timings.
