will 3.3v DC work for a phone which battery minimum is rated for 3.82v DC

So i broke my Huawei p20 lite battery bms, i have a spare one, which kinda works, but anyways, i want to use my old monitor psu to power it, and there is a 3.3v line, tho im not sure will it work (i don't want to destroy it) and 5v is too much, it screams at me, and there is no 4v line 

 

the original battery is rated from 3.82v dc to 4.4v dc
