400W PSU for a ryzen 5 5500 and a RX6600?

is this PSU enough or should I go higher? it is 80+ gold rated

A decent PSU can handle it, but most PSUs start at 550 (or even higher) now, which suggests it is old, or not very good.

 

If you already have the PSU on hand and it isn't terrible, then I'd just try it.

I'd give it a shot.

Ran a 4070 + 5600x on a 460w (platinum) with no issues.

And the 4070 seems to pull 30-50 watt more than the 6600 xt

mITX is awesome! I regret nothing (apart from when picking parts or have to do maintainance *cough*cough*)
