My Brand new x1carbon does not turn on

anyone know why my brand-new bamboo labs x1c will not turn on when I flip the rear power switch fans start for a second and then stary off pressing the power button does nothing. I have reseated the connectors on the topmost bord to no avail.

Contact support.

 

It's a proprietary so you would debug it like a black box. As this machine is under warranty ask the manufacturer for help.

People never go out of business.
