My GTX 770 DCU II sags a bit.

What do?

wrap PCIe cable over top of the card, tie down cable behind MB.'
Flex up slightly while mounting. Mount while case is on it's side, put some extra tension into the mounting screw.

My DCU II 770 also sags a lot. It sags so much that the fan made a grinding sound when playing intense games, but it stopped once I tied the PCI-E power cable to part of my case.
