Need to source evga gtx 570 superclocked+ firmware

recently I bought an EVGA Gtx570 superclocked+ GPU which had an issue when the driver was installed there was no display output. I could not find anywhere the correct firmware file for this. can someone help me to find it?

If you can't find a legitimate BIOS ROM file online, your next best option is to contact EVGA for an official file.

I have already asked Evga for the ROM file. but they said they would not provide after-sales service and technical service because the card is not under warranty.
