Weird hard something like liquit metal think on my laptop heatsink

So I bought this laptop a month ago and the temps were crazy i want to play games but it self turn off after hiting +95C so i wanted to clean it and replace the thermal paste, but when I opend it and try to clean it wit 99% isopropanol and cottonswaps it just wouldn't go off and when i try to get it of the cpu and gpu die it ''broke'' of into some small metalish like peaces.

Any help will be nice 😄

Yeah that is no liquid metal that wasn't used back then.

 

This is just extremely dried up paste that stained the heatsink and die

Sooo any idea how to get it off or shoud i just dont care ?

Just don't care. The metals, chemicals,... have stained it so it's basically stained forever.
