Modified Von Neumann vs. Modified Harvard architecture

Hello,

 

i've got an operating system exam coming up in a few day's and would like to know the difference between the modified Von Neumann and modified Harvard architecture. 

 

I have looked online but I find it confusing. 

 

Please could you help simplify this for me
