This is the Base Exchange website. So, not the general public, sorry. But if you know someone military this is good for them. They need to be US military or service-connected disabled veteran for this. Recent law changes includes service connected, I registered with SSN and they shipped an iPad Pro 128GB for a similar $100 off.  Also, if your credit is good, a year no interest. 

Be sure to add Apple care on the website, included with the purchase. I forgot and had to pay taxes when I bought it direct from Apple.
