Is it a constant stuttering or regular but only every 20 seconds or something?

Maybe try monitoring your system (clocks speeds mainly) to see if something behaves weirdly when you get the stutters. So monitor fps and frame times during that time.

Yeah like i said, make sure all the clocks are always stable. Because if your GPU clocks drop in the moment of the stutter then at least we know where to look. So look at GPU/CPU/ram/vram clocks, Temps, usage etc.

Do you have the option to test the GPU seperatly in a different PC?

its not micro stuttering then, that's a constant thing.

yes, check specifically gpu and cpu usage,  and specifically around when these stutters happen.

hi,

i did check it here are the results i cant see anything wrong with the clocks.

anything other that it can be?

see above, check specifically cpu usage PER CORE , not overall.

it's around 80% overall that makes it very likely that 1 or more cores are pegged.

gpu is also at 100% despite a framelock...

i think the cause of any stutters is pretty clear.

lower settings, by a lot, maybe even resolution and see if anything improves.

It happens even in csgo 2 where my cpu is around 30-40% usage i dont think its pegged
