Client Being Forwarded to One Certain Google Meets Page from Multiple Forms/Meet Links

I'm being tasked with learning more about an issue I've never heard of before, but it's for a client, and I can't get access to her computer before I have an answer. I know - tough spot. Here's how I heard it:

 

This individual, let's call her Sarah. When Sarah gets an email with a Google Meet link, she will sometimes be forwarded to the wrong page, a certain older Google Meet, even though the links are different. This also has happened, she claims, with Google Forms links. 

 

I've never heard of this, and I'm having a hard time finding any hints googling about it. She uses Safari on MacOS 13.x, and this is through Gmail. I'm sure she's never done any browser maintenance, and my first thought is to just clear her cache and cookies, but that's a rough solution for this type of person, for the number of things she'd have to log in to again.

 

Any hints would be helpful.
