Apple’s remote management

So i got a MacBook Pro 2019 few months ago and i just find out about remote management and i have 3 questions;

 

• Is it possible to remove it and how?

• Via remote management does mac can be locked anytime?

•If i install a linux on it RM is useless? 

 

p.s. I just google a bit about RM have no knowledge so if you know answers please let me know :)
