Every brand has their good and shit models, just over the years me and everyone else I know who's had cards has never had RMA and after support issues with XFX, Sapphire and EVGA. Your region/country probably also has an impact on how good their support is.

Hi guys,

I need your advise

I can get the

ASUS Radeon RX 7900 XTX TUF-RX7900XTX-O24G

With a new case this one:

Inter-Tech C-701(added picture)

Or i only get:

Sapphire NITRO+ AMD RADEON RX 7900 XTX Vapor-X

The reason im asking is that i read that the asus one has coil whine but the asus one offers a 100€ cashback so its a little cheaper

Hope you guys can help me decided

I'd opt for no coil whine, and $100 is only a few % of your $2500 or build?

But without relevant info like your budget, income level, wallet thickness, etc???

I mean really, only you can say if $100 matters to you or not.  We cant.

They all have coil whine.  Just get the Asus. I'm not sure I would get the case though. Inter-tech isn't really known for quality, but I haven't read any reviews on this case so I could be wrong.

I have the ASUS one 🙂

Got some coil whine at first but seems it disappeared over time, so no big deal

But the Nitro+ also has better cooling according to benchmark

Is the coilwhine very loud?

Hard to tell, but it was noticeable, and was varying according to GPU usage. It disappeared over a couple weeks though

Coil whine is a luck game. And card can have it depending on the load. I'm a bit of an XFX and Sapphire shill, love the brands so I'd pay the extra. Especially the Nitro+ model. So many nice little touches built into the card.

XFX cards are often among the cheapest of the XT/XTX cards here *(in my country) but XFX 7900 series are said to have crappy quality fans - the card is loud, the fans are loud - although, you can mess with fan curves but that only slows the fans down - card will still get hot doing that?

The Nitro+ is usually expensive - I dunno if the Pulse is a good compromise but it's usually one of the cheaper cards, too.
