TridentZ Neo DDR4 3600 (F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC) with 3700x + MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX, will it work?

I looked up the MSI B450 Tomahawk MAX QVL list for F4-3600C16D-32GTZNC as i want to upgrade to 32GB (2x 16GB sticks), but it does not seem to be listed, tho neither are my current ones and they work fine. I just want to hear before purchasing, if it should work or if anyone have any experience with this combo? 🙂

G.Skill also has their own QVL, you can look those stick up on their site, and it will give you dropdown options.

Why not get the same RAM you already have and use it in dual channel dual rank?

The ones i have are not made or sold anymore, i also heard from quite a few people by now that 4 sticks of ram with 3xxx Ryzen is not the best or easiest to get to work. So im just gonna use the ones i have in now on another PC and get 2x16, but i might try all of them in, just to see how it fairs out 🙂

Most 3000 and newer AMD chips work with 3600 ram. Though with bad luck it might not. I'd say 1/20 chance at worst it won't work.

I ended up buying a kit of 2x 16GB TridentZ Neo RGB CL16 as they were on sale and are working great 🙂
