If it doesn't force me to use HP drivers then no. And which one?

It's not forcing you. There has never been a windows 7 driver and never will be. Thats the issue. This gpu doesn't support windows 7 in any way shape or form driver wise and nothing exists to make it work.

If you want a 7 laptop you'll need to buy a 7 compatible device and those haven't been mode for  a while

There exists no driver that supports windows 7 for that chip. You will never be able to install a gpu driver.

I was told a lot of times I couldn't install windows 7 on this hardware, and I accomplished it. Just don't talk here if you would not like to help.

Is there any practical purpose to this project of trying to force square pegs into round holes?

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

As stated into the Windows 7 on this machine topic... It's not the correct OS for the hardware. You overcome some of the issues with drivers slipstreamed into Windows 7 Iso, but now some other hardware do not have the driver for the OS you think is correct.

You're driven, so maybe you'll also find some manually backported drivers from Windows 10 to Windows 7. I did things the other way around (Vista 32 drivers for Windows 7, Creative Webcam) but anyway... any update could crack it.

Using unsupported (and not updated) OS is a periouls path. You're willing to do that, I'll enjoy your journey 🙂

I'll post here when I get my solution.

whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaatttttttttttttttt do youuuu even mean?

Is there any substantive reason why you need to run Windows 7 on this hardware, or is this just essentially something you're trying to do because you're bored?

He likes speed of Windows 7 better.

Not English-speaking person, sorry, I'll make mistakes. If you're kind, maybe you'll be able to understand.

If you're really kind, you'll nicely point that out so I will learn more about write in good English.  🙂

You can. It just won't work fully. Windows 7 will eventually install on something as long as you can slipstream a storage driver into the os and those are often quite old for sata devices. Or older nvme's and since this is older ryzen I'm not surprised it's using a older controller.

But any other function is a gamble and the gpu is one of those that will never. Because it's too new.
