Looking for a laptop/Tablet for work

The budget is ~$1400 (must include a keyboard for this price)

I need a good workstation, Microsoft Office products, internet browsing, etc.  Honestly nothing crazy performance demanding.

A touch screen for note-taking with a stylus would be nice.

 

I'm open to Apple/Windows/Microsoft/Samsung/etc products.

I use a Lenovo IdeaPad S340 and I love it, though the screen brightness kinda sucks, it's light, boots super fast, and the battery lasts forever. Plus I think it's like $500 and it checks all of your criteria including the touchscreen
