What kind of internet do you have?

So I won't be surprised if it is the MB. I've given up on my onboard NIC on one of my Z690 MSI boards with the same NIC chipset. My upload speeds aren't as bad as the OP, but same issue. Download are great, upload are less than half. Every other PC in the house sees 1 Gig up and Down as expected.  All my devices are connected to a 2.5 GbE switches, and wired via Cat 6a.

As for the OP when I was trouble shooting this, various places had things listed, none of which worked for me. However it listed to make sure the firmware was up to date. Which Asus supplies. There were various settings you could try tweaking as well, I found these on Intel forums, I changed mine back to default though, as none of them made any difference for me.

My solution was just to order a PCIe NIC.

I’m not sure, I guess i’m jus assuming worst case scenario that there’s something wrong with the MOBO. It could be the modem, because previously I had the ethernet cable plugged into my old mac and some settings or whatever might be messed up. I did try rebooting my wi-fi router though, to no avail.
