Frequent random black screens with gpu fans 100% Tried everything PLEASE HELP!

Ok so i got may new rig, 1 week old and i have been getting crashes.

The crashes are always the same every time, it follows like this: The pc randomly in game and when just browsing, goes black screen and gpu fans go nuts, i can still hear my friend on discord but not the game which i played, also youtube videos and everything, my mouse and keyboard and pc case still glowing rgb effects still working. I tried windows ctrl shift b which works when i get oc crash, but not this time, i can hear the sound but nothing, have to hard reset..

 

Some info:

I got my cpu pbo-d with -20 in curve optimizer and +100mhz, the cpu stress test is stable and when i crashed it was different, my ram doesnt boot with expo for some reason but i entered the expo settings manually without turning on expo and all fine, tried windows ram test all fine and also the qled on my mobo says nothing when i crash no error it just displays my cpu temps and it also doesnt stop it changes and everything, gpu got ocd and undervolted, but crashed even with default settings, bios updated gpu drivers ddu-d and reinstalled.

 

specs:

mobo: asus rog strix b650e-e

cpu: ryzen 9 7900x

gpu: rx 7900xtx saphire pulse 24gb

ram: g.skill cl32 6000mhz(for some reason on the mobos website it doesnt display my exact ram model as supporting expo with the cl32 only the cl30 and 36 but also it detects expo settings which is strange.

psu: zalman wattera 1200w 80+ gold

ssd: kingston kc3000 2tb

others doesnt really matter.

Have you tried reinstalling windows (with a different installation media download and USB stick)?

I might be experienced, but I'm human and I do make mistakes. Expand for common PC building advice, a short bio and a list of my components and other tech. I edit my messages after sending them alot, please refresh before posting your reply. Please try to be clear and specific, you'll get a better answer. Please remember to mark solutions once you have the information you need.

 

Common build advice: 1) Buy the cheapest (well reviewed) motherboard that has the features you need. Paying more typically only gets you features you won’t use. 2) only get as much RAM as you need, getting more won’t (typically) make your PC faster. 3) While I recommend getting an NVMe drive, you don’t need to splurge for an expensive drive with DRam cache, DRamless drives are fine for gamers. 4) paying for looks is fine, just don’t break the bank. 5) Tower coolers are usually good enough, unless you go top tier Intel or plan on OCing. 6) OCing is a dead meme, you probably shouldn’t bother. 7) "Bottlenecks" rarely matter and "Future-proofing" is a myth. 8) AIOs don't noticably improve performance past 240mm.

Not yet, i want that to be the last option, takes lot of time to set it up again.

I'd start with removing PBO/undervolt to check what happens then

Undervolt may sound stable until it crashes 😛

But also cinebench ran fine and cpu crash is just restart.
