DEEPCOOL Castle 240EX, 240mm AIO Liquid Cooler refill

I have a  DEEPCOOL Castle 240EX, 240mm Addressable RGB AIO Liquid CPU Cooler, that I think might need a refill, I am not sure how to do that. If someone can help me with the process it would be amazing. I have no experience with refilling liquid coolers.

Why do you think it needs a refill?  its a closed loop AIO so it shouldn't require a refill at all.

Everytime I turn on my computer I can hear like air bubble sounds and I only bought it like 1 year ago
