Mouse wheel hack & how to fix?

Probably haven'tried everything, however at a point where can't figure how to untrip the mouse. Solutions & ideas be alot of help, though anything on basic or generic level have obviously tried; unles have a very strange but basic technique. Thanks in advance*

What mouse wheel hack? What is "untrip the mouse" ?

mouse is fine, just the wheel function has been hacked, picked up from website/avg flagged but hit the wheel instantly. Untrip mouse meaning either bugged or to what messed with it. Figure uninstall, but never uninstalled mouse; google results show it will reinstall on restart/would rather get confirmation before mess the mouse up even worse than is basically.

Please, for the love of god, stop using the word "hacked", you clearly don't know what it means. You aren't making sense. Instead of making the same statement 3 times when met with pure confusion as to what you're trying to express, try explaining it in a different way. What about your mouse wheel doesn't work?

other than went to a website, avg picked up the bug/virus, however right immediately after mouse wheel didn't work at all <

so yes hacked, however fixed by uninstalled mouse from device manager & other than unplugged mouse on restart < works now

You possibly picked up malware and, if the mouse wheel is actually a symptom, it’s almost certainly not the only problem you now have.

Close the no no sites and run Malwarebytes and windows defender ASAP.
