If you are only gaming drop the CPU to an i3 4130 and get a GTX 770 shouldnt effect your budget too much if you do that

 

also you could change to an i5 4440 and get a cheaper motherboard if you dont need to OC, also a lower wattage PSU and have more the money for a better GPU too

Or Get a cheap H81 motherboard and a normal i5 like a 4440, - it wont be that much slower than a 4670k

i suggest this, its easyer to upgrade a cpu over upgadeing your mobo and cpu

get a i5 4440 if u r low on budget and a 770...or atleast 760...

I would get a lower end i5 something like a 4440 and get a gtx 760 or the non K edition but you can't oc with that one.

And a 550w psu will be fine.

one little change I'd make is an internal WiFi card like the TP Link TL-WN881ND

 

plus, if you wish to crank the settings, you could go up to a GTX 760. I wouldn't skimp on the processor like was recommended by other people above in this topic

 

although to be honest, if your budget doesn't allow for it, you are just fine and it will look really great.
